My favorite expression is "break through the barriers" and this is something I try to do with my art. I took my work to the kids in schools, and I taught them through mural work. This is how to help them break through their barriers with dare+. The most recognized artists are shown in galleries, while there are many artists that do not get shown in galleries that are "real" artists. One of the things I enjoyed was going to the Venice beach boardwalk(ca), and meeting with fellow artists from the streets. ((Supporting each other and in the arts found myself unwillingly politically activated and)) Due to circumstances moved to a mountain away from city life, and I helped paint murals in a small town for people who wouldn't otherwise have been able to afford it. The reason I like to paint "organically" is because I paint out my anger from my past, which is why even the nicer of my paintings seem angry. This is one of the things I'm trying to work through so I can paint with refined grace. Some of the things I would like to do is expand my mediums and surfaces I paint. I would like to start painting with an air brush, and I've painted cars also.
